We offer products in both 925 sterling silver and plated with 18k gold.

Upon request, we manufacture in solid gold, platinum, precious and semi-precious stones as well in our custom pieces.

• Customized order typically takes 15-20 business days.

We use 18k White gold/Yellow gold/Black Rhodium plating on all are product. All the products are anti allergic and anti tarnish.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order in exchange for Store Credits. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you once we receive and approve your returned item. The replacement item will be sent to the original shipping address.

Return & Exchange Procedure

To request an return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at labeljohri@gmail.com within the specified time frame for your specific situation. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
2. Upon receiving the product it will inspected and if found in mint condition, our team will provide you with a coupon of same value as that of the product you purchased earlier.
3. One can use the same coupon to shop from the website.

 

REFUNDS

LABEL JOHRI DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

All Returns/Exchanges are applicable for store credits only.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

For returns & exchanges due to a change of mind, defects, damages, or discrepancies, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A perfect ring sizer is available on the specific listing photo, measure your finger using a thread and covert that to ring size by using the chart mentioned on the product listing.
