RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order in exchange for Store Credits. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you once we receive and approve your returned item. The replacement item will be sent to the original shipping address.
Return & Exchange Procedure
To request an return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at labeljohri@gmail.com within the specified time frame for your specific situation. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
- Upon receiving the product it will inspected and if found in mint condition, our team will provide you with a coupon of same value as that of the product you purchased earlier.
- One can use the same coupon to shop from the website.
REFUNDS
LABEL JOHRI DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
All Returns/Exchanges are applicable for store credits only.
SHIPPING COSTS
For returns & exchanges due to a change of mind, defects, damages, or discrepancies, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
